Iyengar Yoga & Anatomy Workshop

Iyengar Yoga and Anatomy Workshop Part 1

With Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher, Hannah Lovegrove

This is the first of three workshops providing a practical and accessible study of the human body, with a particular focus on the study, teaching and practice of Iyengar yoga. The course is designed to help teachers, trainee teachers and keen yoga students.

The course looks at how we recognise for ourselves what’s happening internally, and how we communicate that as teachers, and as students. The course is divided into three modules, each of which begins with theory work and discussion, followed by a guided practice to experience the effects of the theory directly within ourselves.

These workshops will be particularly helpful to those in training under the Iyengar Yoga mentorship scheme but equally of value to any student or teacher of yoga.
