One of a series of General Level Workshops this year with Rachel Lovegrove

Rachel is a Junior Level III teacher with over 20 years teaching experience and has travelled to Pune several times, most recently for the 100th anniversary celebrations for BKS Iyengar. Her yoga workshops are aimed at those with at least 6 months Iyengar yoga practice or more and are usually focused on a group of poses for that day, either backward extensions, inversions, recuperative poses and pranayama or forward bends and twists. However, expect a lot of in-depth study into asana and pranayama and an extended yoga session suitable for all abilities to explore their boundaries in a safe and enjoyable way.
