Open to any student with 6 months or more Iyengar Yoga experience, these are blended classes with both face to face and online options, covering the Level 1 Syllabus of poses. A fun and informative session aimed at getting students deeper into their practice, learning more about the poses and inspiring further exploration. They also form part of the Mentorship teacher-in-training requirements and are followed by a Peer Group workshop (for trainees or teachers only) in the afternoon for anyone wanting practice their teaching skills.
