Open to any student with 18 months or more Iyengar Yoga experience, these are blended classes with both face to face and online options, covering the Level 2 Syllabus of poses. Trainees on mentorship can also attend as part of their training to gain experience and understanding of a higher level of asana for their own personal practice and development. The workshop is followed by a Peer Group workshop (for trainees or teachers only) in the afternoon for anyone wanting practice their teaching skills.
